World Chess Hall of Fame

Thanks to R.G. Ross for allowing us to participate in this unique opportunity to bring the World Chess Hall of Fame from Miami to St. Louis.  This project consisted of a complete rehab of the all three floors in the existing building.  Like many of the historical rehabs in St. Louis, the goal was to retain the character of the building while bringing it into the 21st Century.  Schaeffer was responsible for all power, lighting, and fire alarm on the project.
