Justin Kohlman, P.E.

Justin was promoted to Executive Vice President on January 1, 2021 and assists Tim with the day to day management of the company.  Justin holds bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from the University of Missouri – Columbia and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Missouri. After starting his career running industrial and automotive construction projects throughout the country, Justin joined Schaeffer as a Project Manager/Estimator in 2011. In 2015, he was promoted to Vice President – Pre-Construction where he oversaw the estimating side of Schaeffer. In his current role, he continues with the direct oversight of the estimating department along all other aspects of the business.
